We are professionals in the hospitality industry. Our staff are always well presented in uniform, friendly, helpful and trained to the highest service standards.
We strongly believe in catering for the event with the freshest of seasonal produce, whether using the spring flavours such as elderflower or the warmest of yule tide ingredients with cocktails based around apple, blackberries & cinnamon.
We believe in making your special occasion very special, adding the smaller details to really impress, whether this is through subtle attention to detail or adding flare of mixology to your event. How would you like to have a champagne reception where every bottle has been opened using the old art of sabrage? Or having a glass put into your hand that has just been mixed for you with the freshest of ingredients?
Planning & preparation will ensure a worry free occasion that seems to dovetail without any effort giving you peace of mind.
We like to give that little bit more so we offer the following for our discerning clients:
- Bespoke labelling on wine bottles- perfect for weddings
- Cigars for the guests, we can offer a full humidor. Guests can take them as they please.
- Sabrage. We can open that toast in style- this is a technique for opening a Champagne bottle with a sabre, used for ceremonial occasions- truly spectacular!
- We can source any vintage port, cognac, armagnac, calvados and champagne specific to your occasion to make the event really special. For example if its a special birthday we can source the bottle from the birth year of the birthday boy/girl! Likewise for an anniversary date.
